What is your favorite memory from Huntsville High?:
Trying to see how easy it was to sneak out of the parking lot during lunch with friends. Also, when I was a freshman, I was told there was an elevator....looked and looked, but still couldn't find it!!

What is your favorite memory from Huntsville High?:
Jams after the football games in the courtyard. It's where we would go to dance and it was just a lot of fun.

What is your favorite memory from Huntsville High?:
My fondest memory then was serving with a great group of cheerleaders when in 1957 we beat Butler for the first time. The happiest time now is having 2 juniors who are varsity cheerleaders, Julie and Katie Davis, granddaughters of mine and Wayne Davis (HHS Class of '56). Their parents are our very own Gary & Mary Beth and Charles & Anna Davis. Our class just this year had our 50th reunion & it was our very best ever. We all left with a warm feeling & special love for fellow classmates. We are happy to have our Lenda (Vann) Woody represent us as our Queen - this she still is & always will be.

What is your favorite memory from Huntsville High?:
Glee Club & girls' sextet with director, Marjorie Townsend. Band bus trips. Senior trip to DC & NYC. (Did Miss Keel HAVE to wake us sleeping kids on the bus by LOUDLY announcing that we were coming to Sweetwater, TN?) Coach Gryska showing us that you really can boil water in a paper cup. Mrs. Gates' classes on Julius Caesar. Working on the Pierian---Betty Beamguard & I spent hours after school cutting & pasting the photo collage pages. And who were the wags who painted the light globes on the front of the old HHS (Randolph) to look like 8-balls? You know who you are, so 'fess up, please. Inquiring minds still want to know!
